2011 City Mini is Great! : Baby Jogger 2011 City Mini Double Stroller, Black/Black
I bought the City Mini double (2011 model) in March 2011 and had done a 'test drive' in the store, loving how smooth the ride was and the ease of folding (very easy - I'm 5'3" and had no qoute doing it), weight of the stroller, big sun canopy, and recline for kids. Unfortunately, I assembled the stroller out of the box, and the front wheels wobble all the time. There are two front wheels (each with two wheels) and even on the flattest surface, they wobble. Sometimes all 4 wheels don't even make touch with the ground. I had to film it to show Baby Jogger what my qoute was. They have overwhelming buyer service and sent me two Full replacement strollers to see if they could fix the problem, but unfortunately it seems like an extensive manufacturer's defect, so now I am returning 3 strollers. Some parents might be ok with the wheels wobbling as much as they do, but for a $420 stroller I was not ok with this. I am returning the stroller and still seeing for the best double stroller out there.
